We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will always try to reply to any request’s as soon as possible with our best possible price, this we feel is one of the key factors to a successful business.

For your assurance and financial protection we are members of the Travel Trust Association & Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number T7552) who are fully compliant with the package travel regulations. Every Travel Trust Association member deposits the customers money into a trust bank account. The customers money is supervised by an appointed trustee who is either a chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both the Travel Trust Association member and the trustee are required to authorise pre-payments to any hotel’s or golf courses from the trust account. In addition there is an Insurance guarantee taken out on every booking made with a Travel Trust Association member which makes every booking 100% financially protected.

When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
